Recruitment and culture photography works best when it doesn’t look like recruitment photography. Before a shoot, I look at how a company actually presents itself online, its tone, how it talks about its people, so the images read as consistent with that voice rather than generic corporate polish. The brief is about making sure each person’s personality comes through while the whole set still holds together as one company. That usually starts with a short call to talk through headcount, locations, and what the images need to do, a careers page, internal comms, social media, before pricing gets discussed at all.

How an on-location day works
1. A short call to agree the look and shot list.
2. I arrive and set up in a corner of your office.
3. Each person takes roughly 15 minutes.
4. An online gallery is shared for selects.
5. Final delivery arrives in 14 working days.
